The Full Story

Businesses worldwide are facing a whole new set of challenges since the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic in early 2020. Some of those challenges that continue to plague businesses include being short-staffed,  having less time and workforce to train new staff, engaging customers who may still be apprehensive about visiting physical businesses and keeping customers up to date on the ever-changing ways businesses are running.

Working as a Social Media Coordinator through 2021 and 2022 has taught me that many businesses simply don't have the time or staff to keep up with social media pages. Even though, social media such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, and TikTok, can be a great tool for businesses to keep customers up to date on things like business hours, specials, filling vacant positions, etc.

I have successfully started from the ground up, and managed, social media pages for 25+ rental properties for a successful property management company. During my time in this position, I helped more than half of these properties reduce their vacancies by 50% or more. I can help your business too!
